About the Company

Pyro offers an AI-native Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed for staffing agencies and startups. It aims to standardize the hiring process by defining what "good" looks like for a role once, and then holding every subsequent stage—from posting and sourcing to screening and interviewing—to that standard. The system ensures that every decision made during the hiring process is transparent and evidence-based.
